Arcotel Donauzentrum Wien

We stayed at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by its great design and convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows for added comfort. The hotel was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the lobby and breakfast area, which had a lovely design. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the coffee was also very good. The hotel is located near a metro station and surrounded by many nice shops and restaurants, making it a convenient choice for exploring the area.

Although the breakfast had some unique offerings and the staff at breakfast were not very organized, overall this hotel exceeded our expectations. It is a modern and clean hotel with excellent connections and a fantastic location within a shopping mall.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I had a fantastic experience. One of the standout moments was the exceptional location. Being connected to a shopping mall made it so convenient for me to go shopping or grab a bite to eat without having to travel far. Additionally, the proximity to the metro station allowed for easy access to the city center, making sightseeing a breeze.

Although I didn't get to try the breakfast, I did hear from other guests that it could get quite crowded and lacked a variety of fresh vegetables later in the morning. However, considering the overall positive experience I had, this was a minor inconvenience.

We had a great stay at Arcotel. The location was perfect, just a block away from the Kagran station on the U1 line. The hotel is brand new and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the bar on the second floor had a nice terrace. The subway station and a bus stop to the airport were conveniently close. a fantastic experience.

As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the sound-proofing in the rooms and the excellent heating. The staff were very welcoming and allowed me to park my car in the garage before and after my stay without any extra charge. The continental breakfast had a great variety and the coffee was exceptional. The location was convenient with easy access to public transportation and a shopping mall right across the street. it was a perfect experience for a city break.

As a tourist, I really appreciated the free and unlimited water/tea at the reception. The hotel has a modern and clean design with excellent connectivity. The location is fantastic, right next to the Donau Zentrum shopping mall. The rooms are spacious and modern, providing a quiet and comfortable stay. The bar/restaurant area with an outdoor terrace was a nice spot to relax. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a good breakfast with complimentary espresso. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the underground and airport bus stops, making it easy to navigate around the city.

This made it convenient for us to explore the city and do some shopping. the room was comfortable and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries and the ability to make our own pancakes. It was a great way to start our day.

our stay at the hotel was exceptional. from the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to fulfill our requests. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a variety of pillows to choose from. the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of options to suit everyone's tastes. we were thoroughly impressed with our experience at the hotel.

No fridge in the room.

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. Despite being "out in the sticks," it only took me 15 minutes to reach Stefenplatz. The nearby shopping centre and restaurants were also very handy. The hotel itself may not be fancy, but it's clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were unobtrusive and the free, unlimited water/tea at the reception was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered some great amenities such as a spa pool and fantastic breakfasts that were a huge continental spread. the room was tidy and the bathroom was great. the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and friendly. One key advantage was the hotel's location, which was very convenient for my business trip. It was close to a metro station and also situated near a big shopping and food center.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. the service at the hotel was very poor and the breakfast left much to be desired.

Staying at this place was an absolute delight! The location within the Donauzentrum shopping centre was simply fantastic. I could easily spend hours exploring the amazing set of buildings linked by covered overpasses over the main roads. And the fact that the hotel was inside the shopping mall was so convenient, with shops and restaurants right at my doorstep. Plus, the U-bahn station next door made it incredibly easy to hop on and off, making trips to the city centre hassle-free.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Everything was just perfect, from the prime location within the shopping centre to the convenience of having the U-bahn station nearby.

Its two standout features are its proximity to the Kagran metro station, which takes you directly to St. Stephan Cathedral in just 15 minutes, and the VAL3 bus stop right in front of the hotel, providing a direct and affordable route to the airport. Additionally, there is a gym called FittInn located just across the metro station. The room was new, quiet, and exceptionally clean. Breakfast had many choices, including customizable omelettes. this hotel offers great value for money.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, with modern and cozy rooms and great quality furnishing. The location was perfect for our needs, with a shopping mall right next door and the underground station just a 3-minute walk away. The staff at both the reception desk and restaurant were kind, resourceful, and always ready to help.

The breakfast offerings could have been better, with limited choices and the buffet nearly empty by 9:15am. It would have been great if there was more variety and if the bread and other items were replenished regularly.
